Psychotherapy provides a confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. It can reduce distress, build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience and personal growth. My approach is grounded in person-centred values of empathy, authenticity, and respect, and I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in my work. I also draw from psychoanalytical (Jungian) and existential perspectives to support exploration of meaning, identity, and the shadow aspects that shape growth. Informed by a sociological lens rooted in Symbolic Interactionism, I recognize how culture, relationships, and social dynamics influence our sense of self.

My practice is inclusive of individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures, with a focus on life transitions, identity shifts, and areas of life that may be considered stigmatized or taboo. I centre love, identity, and connection in my work, while supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relational stressors.

Sessions are 50- or 75-minutes in length, giving clients the option of a longer format for deeper exploration of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, with the choice to include gentle, somatic-based connection through breath awareness or mindfulness practices when appropriate.

Reiki is offered as a gentle space for rest, renewal, and reconnection with yourself. Using light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki supports deep relaxation, helps release stored tension, and encourages your body’s natural flow of energy. As a certified Tantra Reiki Master, I combine grounding practices, mindful breath, and intuitive presence to create a session that meets you where you are. My goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and more at home in your body.

Reiki is provided as a separate, non-psychotherapeutic service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care, but can complement other wellness practices you may already have in place.

I help clients deepen self-love as the foundation for clarity, growth, and connection. My approach weaves together humanistic, evidence-based, and depth-oriented therapies to explore identity, relationships, and the parts of ourselves we have learned to hide. I work with individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures, including those in the rave community, those who identify as ethical non-monogamous, monogamous and want to find reconnection with their loved ones, those rediscovering themselves after infidelity, divorce, childbirth, or other significant life changes, and anyone navigating what I call shadow culture, which includes life experiences that live outside the mould. Ultimately, if you feel a complexity in your life, these are the areas I will help you face head-on with compassion, care, and non-judgment.
