Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a supportive, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. It can help reduce distress, improve self-awareness, and strengthen relationships, while fostering personal growth and resilience. I provide a person-centred approach built on empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique story, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and somatic awareness to support the connection between mind, body, and emotion. My work also draws from Jungian and existential perspectives, inviting exploration of meaning, self-identity, and the shadow aspects of experience that shape growth. With a sociological understanding rooted in Symbolic Interactionism, I recognize how relationships, culture, and social dynamics influence our self-perception and interactions with others. My practice is inclusive of individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures, with a focus on love, identity, and connection.
Reiki
Reiki is offered as a gentle space for rest, renewal, and reconnection with yourself. Using light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki supports deep relaxation, helps release stored tension, and encourages your body’s natural flow of energy. As a certified Tantra Reiki Master, I combine grounding practices, mindful breath, and intuitive presence to create a session that meets you where you are. My goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and more at home in your body.
Reiki is provided as a separate, non-psychotherapeutic service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care, but can complement other wellness practices you may already have in place.
